Trooper

Background:
Trooper was rescued from a kill shelter in South Korea by Karamom on 14 April 2026

Health:
On rescue, Trooper tested negative for common infectious diseases, such as CCV, CPV, CDV, distemper and heartworm.
He does, however, have several ongoing health concerns that are currently being monitored and assessed by the veterinary team.
He has a number of masses which, based on initial checks, may be benign, along with other underlying conditions that will require further investigation.
A CT scan and surgery to remove and biopsy the masses are planned as the next steps to better understand his condition and guide his ongoing care. More updates will be provided soon.

Adoption Status
Trooper is not yet ready to find his forever home.
