Background
Rusty was rescued from a euthanasia shelter in South Korea by KDS on 11th May 2026. He is now safe in the care of our trusted rescue partners as he begins his journey towards a brighter future.

Personality & Behaviour
Rusty is a lovely, calm boy with a gentle nature. He would be happiest with calm, respectful canine companions. He responds best to gentle and kind handling and will need an adopter who can give him the time and patience he needs to build trust and feel secure. Rusty is expected to form a strong bond with his person.

Health
Rusty tested positive for heartworm when he was rescued and has since received treatment. He has also had several teeth removed and will continue to receive the care he needs.

Rusty is not currently ready for adoption.
