Background
Holly was rescued from a kill shelter in South Korea on 27th December 2025, where she had been scheduled for euthanasia within days. Thanks to swift intervention, she was given a second chance at life.
Personality & Behaviour
Holly has a calm and gentle nature and is believed to have spent a significant amount of time living on the streets. She is very fond of people, and her favourite place is nestled in her blankets, keeping warm and comfortable.
In a home environment, Holly will enjoy staying close to her owner’s side and relaxing in cosy, warm spaces. She has a healthy appetite and particularly enjoys treats, as well as her breakfast and dinner time. Holly is continuing to build her confidence with people and can still be slightly timid when being held or approached. With a gentle, patient approach, she responds well and is reassured by calm handling.
Health
Upon rescue, Holly tested positive for Anaplasmosis. She has since received treatment and has made a full recovery. She is now healthy, with her wellbeing closely monitored to ensure she continues to thrive.
Adoption Status
Holly has recently passed her rabies titre test. She will be looking for her forever home very soon.
