Background
Betsy was found abandoned on the streets of South Korea and taken to a city kill shelter in May 2026. She was later rescued by KDS and is now safe in the care of our trusted rescue partners as she begins her journey towards a brighter future.

Personality & Behaviour
Betsy is a smart and sweet girl with a lovely nature. She enjoys plenty of attention and is a kind and affectionate girl who would make a wonderful companion.

Health
Betsy tested positive for heartworm when she was rescued and has since received treatment. She will continue to be monitored as she progresses in her recovery.

Betsy is not currently ready for adoption.
