Ada

Background:
Ada was found alone, abandoned in a park, unable to walk. Confused, frightened, and completely let down by the people who were meant to protect her. She has been safe with our rescue partners at KDS since 28th April.

Health:
Ada currently has no use of her back legs. Initial x rays suggest severe damage to her hips and lower spine, with both hip joints badly misaligned, likely due to trauma or long term untreated issues. There may also be spinal involvement affecting her ability to walk. She also has a mammary tumour that will require urgent attention.
She will undergo further diagnostics, including a CT scan, and will likely need surgery as soon as possible. More information will follow.

Adoption Status:
Ada is not currently ready to be adopted.
